Project Overview

A large-scale project realized through inspiration, strong teamwork, precise organization, and perfectly synchronized execution. For this project, Morion BG completed over 800 sq.m. of stone flooring, 1,600 linear meters of stair elements, approximately 400 linear meters of coping stones, tactile paving slabs, elevator cladding, countertops, and numerous custom architectural details.

The selected material for the project was New Halayeb granite from Egypt — one of the most widely used igneous stones, preferred for its durability, strength, and timeless appearance. Using polished granite finishes, we fabricated and installed staircases, flooring, coping stones, and window sills throughout the building.

Following the successful execution of the initial phase, the main contractor entrusted us with the complete exterior landscaping and vertical planning works. This included curved coping elements, architectural details around the parking areas, thermally flamed granite steps, tactile paving slabs, and custom white engineered stone countertops mounted on stainless steel support structures.

After completing the exterior works within the required deadlines, we were additionally commissioned to execute the elevator cladding throughout the building. The entire installation was completed within just two weeks, maintaining the same high standard of precision and craftsmanship across every detail of the project.
